I have been here for 3 years and am one of the younger employees and I can confidently say that some of the other reviews are wrong about the culture. Hired me right out of college and it has been a blessing working here with lots of career growth opportunity. IT Team has been very welcoming since i’ve come on board and always give assistance whenever needed.

Benefits could be better. This should get better when Eldermark NEXT and all the other brands software is modernized and we can boost sales numbers. (New software is super expensive to develop lol)
