some managers are very rude with the employeess and instead of helping their employes they scream to them and put them so down, most employes work hard for a living, manager think employes will work better if they treat them like they are no good, all the time pointing out their mistakes and screaming there are no raises in the salary ( only for managers) or benefit for the employees
