Pros
WFH
Good benefits
Some great people work here who genuinely care
Cons
Leadership across the organisation is weak and largely absent. When the current CEO joined, there was an initial sense of optimism, but that quickly faded. Within the 2nd week, his visibility completely dropped and it became clear it wasn't getting any better.
There’s little communication and you rarely see or hear from the people who are supposed to be leading the business. There is little effort to engage with teams, or build trust beyond 'inner circles'.
Operationally the organisation lacks structure. Processes and systems are messy and inconsistent, making it inefficient and decisions take a long time to be made. The business is continuing to decline, with clients being lost regularly.
There’s a constant conveyor belt of senior leadership coming in, bringing their own people, ‘rebuilding’ it and then the whole thing just repeats. It’s completely cyclical.
A disappointing and uninspiring company to work for. I’d strongly advise anyone considering joining to carefully think twice.
