you get to leave office some time in the evening. The only time every employee here looks forward to. The minute of leaving is the ONLY PRO here.
Cons
By far the most dysfunctional company (read management) that I have come across. The most spineless and unethical company who has no idea of what job-roles and competency is all about. Everyone is supposed to do everything. Be grateful if you are no asked to sweep the floor. If you want to kill yourself, then you need to climb to their stupidity and jump down to their level of ethics. BOOM! You’re dead. I was happiest when I quit this hell-hole. Working here is an affront to one’s own self-respect. The demanding work culture gets to you and you start questioning your own conscience. It is really a wonder to think how these people sleep at night peacefully by being the worst scum of mankind. In fact their management list reads like the who’s-who of human trash
