      Pros

      Working for a SAAS company that is consistently growing can be challenging at times, but it comes with the territory. However, what isn't as standard in this industry is the close working and personal relationships you form with those you work with. Egnyte has this and more. From our CEO and Co-Founder visiting each of our office locations to the after-work get-togethers, this company shows true interest in their employees which fuels our desires to work together as a unified team in order to be the best in the industry! We work hard together and we see the rewards together! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
