      Pros

      I have worked here over a year with the exception of being promoted and recognized. I love the culture and have been very happy with the flexibility. Training is awesome and as long as you’re willing to learn then they are willing to teach. Strong management. Product is great and we all use it every day. Friendly environment, happy hours, team outings and much more.

      Cons

      Commute was far, but now we have a SF office!!

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
