      Pros

      Flexible work schedules, time off when needed. Great place to work with opportunity to advance from within. They offer a chance for career growth and mentoring, giving people the opportunity to advance their careers without having to leave the company. Benefits are great too.

      Cons

      Egnyte is still considered a start up and we are constantly watching the spending. Sometimes when additional staff are in need, you may not have the additional headcount available.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
