We appreciate your perspective on supervision and consistency. Providing strong clinical support and high-quality care remains a top priority, and we continue to focus on effective communication, training, and alignment across teams—feedback like yours is an important part of that process. Support and connection are central to our approach at ESS; in addition to clinical supervision, managers hold weekly check-ins—often virtually—to ensure consistent, dedicated time to connect. Supervisors are also available for ongoing support via phone, text, and email, not just in crisis situations, so staff can access guidance regularly regardless of location.
