The only pros that I have encountered, is the boostlingo platform which has lots of issues. I believe that there are other much better platforms which could be used to increase the work flow.

They only con which I have encountered, is other Interpreters having low internet quality where they can't maintain and the call gets dropped and providers and LEP customers express their uncomfortness regarding their experience with the earlier interpreter.

Responsive at first but doesn't seem to care if they don't feel like it

The company wasted my time basically. They reached out to me and had me do all of their testing that I passed and gave them all of my previous experience and certifications as they asked. The people responding via email & doing the interview seemed like they had better things to do. They then scheduled a call for me as a test and never showed up to the test call. I tried reaching out to the recruiter and the other people who spoke with me after they put me on board and I just got ignored. And I accepted this job after the ridiculously low rate they offered that they claimed they cannot negotiate on. It felt like they just stole my information or something but definitely wasted my time. Very weird experience, would not suggest for anyone who values their time.
