Today is a brainwasher. HR practices are primitive, talent development inexistent, training funds have been cut to make savings for a quite long time last year, setting goals and reviewing performance is done in a rush just to comply with HR policy. Diversity is inexistant among top management. European Leadership Team is made by a French president who has all French VP except from 2 (over more than 15 in the LT team). In EU, only sales and marketing functions are valued. Little space for innovation, anything that is out of ordinary is regarded with suspicion. In the last 12 months many have left the company, little, if any, participation to company events. All development opportunities are in the new site in Prague, so that management can afford their salary increase. Rumors of mobbying start to circulate. With all this, the HR VP for Europe just got promoted....
