Unfair and unfit management - Automotive Service Advisor Edwards Chevrolet Employee Review

Management is absolutely terrible people. Both shop foreman and new service manager, who was the manager and left for 8 years. Service manager was told not to speak to customers by GM due to so many bad reviews and unfit people skills. And assigned complaining customers to other employee.
