The list of cons is only there. The worst work culture, micro management at its peak, no perks, no growth. NO PERSONAL LIFE. they think they are always right. Full of mishaps and blunders only there. If anyone join there their life will be ruined. No benifit no growth.

It’s a well-structured company with a good work culture, supportive management, flexible timings, and a positive environment to begin and grow a career.
