      Pros

      I have been here for less than 4 months. So far my experience has been quite positive. My colleagues are always open to new ideas and trying new things. I work in the digital marketing space. I feel that the work we do is cutting edge. We work with a wide variety of advertising platforms and have a very data-oriented approach to marketing. There isn't much bureaucracy, most people are quite approachable. If you like working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment then this is the place to be. Other pros are the Results only work environment and the really cool office space/décor and location.

      Cons

      Bad traffic leads to bad commutes to work in the Santa Monica area. ROWE helps mitigate this to some extent.

      My experience here has been exceptional. The company offers a fantastic work-life balance, a supportive culture, and generous perks, all within a fully remote setup. The team is genuinely caring, and I've found ample opportunities for growth thanks to the ability to rotate teams. I initially planned to stay for a copule years before moving to a big tech company, but I've been so impressed that I've been here for many years and plan to stay longer.

      Cons

      Since the company operates on a nearly full-remote model, there are fewer opportunities for in-person socialization; however, the option to work from the office is always available for those who want to connect with colleagues. While the compensation is competitive and by no means low, it is important to note that it is less than what's offered by major tech companies, and no stock options are included as part of the compensation package.
