Pros
1. The product is a fantastic idea in and of itself. Niche. 2. The founders support the team's growth and learning. They set the bar high. The founders of Edmingle have an open door policy, so you can always approach them and talk about the problem. They even have regular sync up meetings when all the issues are covered. 3. Has an amazing culture and operates like a start-up. (Excluding those who are attempting to disparage the organisation because they lack the motivation to change things; They are not interested in doing anything but whining and not getting anything done.
Cons
A few folks in the sales team. They have issues with anything and everything that happens in office. I doubt they will ever be content at any other work place. Ill-informed bunch of fools. Edmingle will grow with or without these set of employees.
