      Pros

      - various projects, you are directly involved and fully accepted and supported as a team member - friendly working atmosphere: very nice team, everyone is very helpful - remote only: you can work from all over the EU - regular talks about feedback, goals, etc.

      Cons

      It was really fine, it just wasn't the field I personally see myself in - that's why I left the company after a short period of time
