Pros
Good projects -One can improve skillset if utilised properly. Good manager - understanding and supportive. Great team - The colleagues are fun to work with.
Cons
No hike for 3 years. Only employees who give away their weekends and work till midnights are prioritised for promotion rather than who can deliver the same work within work timings. Scrum calls without the scrum master. The manager takes the scrum calls. Leads lie to the manager about the team that we are not available when lead itself is not available to discuss with their subordinates.
