Pros

Coffee machine. Daily 2 times tea will be served at your place. Other than this don't expect any facility here as this one is worst startup to work. All good reviews are posted by content writer or by marketing team.

No job security, almost all good talent (huge ctc) from IIT / IIM / experienced manager got fired recently with just one month of notice period due to cost cutting and they're hiring low budget people for their support maintenance work. They kept every one work all days including Holidays/weekends till April, 18 and CEO told everybody that you'll get reward / nice party in return but almost everybody got laid off in the name of performance / cost, those who are waiting for hike / Yearly variable pay / bonus got nothing due to firing and workplace saved huge money. No work ethics, fired employees want to have their notice period as 90 days or 60 days or even 45 days, but at last after big fight with all top management, director told that we're giving you 30 days for job search even that is too much, they don't even gave remaining 60 days salary or even basic salary to anyone as mentioned in offer letter. If any employee wants to resign he has to serve 90 days notice period seriously. One of the worst feeling is working on Saturdays here, most of time almost all Saturdays and Sunday become working here. Even salary date is 7th of next month. You've to maintain 8.5 hours weekly average else they'll cut your salary or leave balance, Worst work-life balance. CEO of this workplace is responsible for such worst culture, no respect for employees efforts and their timings, no one believes in him as he always speaks big-big thing. Every month CTO goes on leave for one to two weeks as he might be working on some backup plan. You'll find all above points true after joining, surely regret by joining this workplace and most of new joiners left within 1 months. No positive point. everything is worst here.

Cons

This company is one of the worst places to work. The management is extremely biased, favoring certain employees (Gungun, Bahu Rani many other) while ignoring others. There is no concept of work-life balance—employees are expected to work endlessly with no appreciation. Leadership lacks vision, and decisions are made based on personal favoritism rather than business sense. The CEO (sasta Narayana Murthy) has an inflated ego and treats employees like laborers rather than professionals. Salaries are paid only to favored employees, while others are ignored and left unpaid. The work environment is toxic, filled with gossip and favoritism, where certain employees get special treatment while others struggle. Instead of focusing on improving the product and business, management wastes time on unnecessary things.
