Pros

2 days WFH, but could be better.

Cons

Overall Rating: 1/5 The company's poor values, toxic culture, inadequate compensation, and relentless work expectations made it difficult to maintain any semblance of job satisfaction or personal well-being. Company Culture and Values The company's culture is fundamentally flawed, prioritizing profits over people. Management consistently demonstrated a lack of empathy and understanding towards employees' needs and concerns. They fostered an environment of fear and intimidation, discouraging open communication or constructive feedback. • Employees were frequently belittled or criticized in front of colleagues, creating a hostile work atmosphere. • There was no recognition or appreciation for hard work or contributions, leading to demotivation among staff. • Diversity and inclusion initiatives were superficial at best, failing to address systemic issues within the organization. Compensation and Benefits The company's compensation package was woefully inadequate, especially considering the high level of stress and workload expected from employees. • Base salary was below industry standards, with minimal room for growth or performance-based increases. • Overtime was mandatory without proper compensation, often exceeding 20 hours per week. • Health insurance options were limited and expensive, leaving many employees struggling to afford coverage. • No meaningful benefits like paid time off, flexible working arrangements, or employee assistance programs were offered. Work-Life Balance Work-life balance was essentially nonexistent at this company. Employees were constantly pushed to work longer hours and take on additional responsibilities without any consideration for their personal lives. • Regularly scheduled meetings ran late into the evening, disrupting family plans and social commitments. • Urgent deadlines were set without adequate notice, forcing employees to sacrifice weekends and evenings. • The constant pressure to meet unrealistic targets led to burnout and exhaustion among team members.

Pros

Good benefits. Laid back atmosphere. Fast paced. Great work life balance. You get to challenge yourself on a daily basis that allows you to feel a sense of accomplishment.

Cons

Management Culture: The organization suffers from a lack of accountability at the upper management level. There is a frequent "finger-pointing" culture rather than a focus on collaborative problem-solving. Operational Disorganization: Internal workflows and processes are highly disorganized, leading to unnecessary friction in daily tasks. Communication Barriers: Significant language and communication barriers across global teams often stall progress on critical initiatives. Recruitment Transparency: The most disappointing aspect was the lack of honesty during the hiring process. The actual requirements and expectations of the role differed significantly from what was presented during interviews, particularly regarding flexibility and location. Technical Debt: The company struggles with significant operational inefficiencies and a lack of investment in modernizing its internal processes, which makes it difficult for high-level professionals to execute effectively.
