Pros

PTO, nice co workers, sabbatical

Cons

If you are a CSA, expect to be 100% in the office at all times. However every other position in the firm has the luxury of working from home. Seems fair right? When management is approached about a rotating flexible schedule, they reply saying how that can be difficult and complicated to set up. Really? We are all grown adults, we are fully capable of setting up a rotating schedule. That reply from management is honestly disrespectful and insulting to our intelligence. We work from home for 15 months, get countless emails over how incredible the firm is doing. Then one day, boom back in the office for 40 hours. Incredibly disappointing. But hey, if it’s a nice day to go play golf, I’m sure the Financial Planners will walk right out the door while we CSA’s sit around waiting for someone to most likely not ring the doorbell.

Pros

- Great team from department head down - Collaboration is encouraged - Self-starter culture with good room for side projects - "See something, say something" approach allows questioning methodology without a feeling of personal attacks or "dumb questions" and enables team members to support each other in a safe environment - Work from home

Cons

- Executive leadership does not know what they want - Consistent turnover in C-Suite leads to departments acting like small internal companies rather than part of a larger system - Limited permission access for team members means that any absence or time-off can lead to a backlog of deployments
