Pros

My experience at Edlernity has been truly rewarding and full of learning. Yes, initially we were assigned a task related to promoting the company's courses. However, there was no fixed target—even if you referred just one person, you were still eligible to receive the internship. That's how I got selected. At the beginning, it was a little difficult for me to understand the work structure because I come from a science background and was doing an HR internship for the first time. But my mentors and team leader were incredibly patient and supportive. They guided me at every step, answered all my questions, and helped me understand the process clearly. As I became more confident, I gave my best to every task, from recruitment and onboarding to communicating with candidates. This internship helped me improve my communication, coordination, and professional skills while giving me practical HR experience. I also received incentives and a stipend based on my performance, which I truly appreciated. The best part was receiving a PPO opportunity, which made me feel that my hard work was genuinely recognized. Along with certificates and rewards, I received valuable appreciation for my efforts. Overall, Edlernity gave me much more than just an internship—it gave me practical experience, confidence, mentorship, and opportunities to grow. I am grateful for this journey and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is willing to learn, stay consistent, and make the most of the opportunity.

Cons

It is difficult to believe it's not scam and even harder to convince other interns because of one post
