Worst pseudo sustainable company - Anonymous employee Ecom Agro Employee Review

They squeeze the life out of their employees. If they can, they'll make you work the equivalent of 2 employees. They are cheap, they do not care about the wellbeing of their staff NOR the wellbeing of their farmers. Certifications are plain BS because they get to disguise everything right before the certification inspector comes into the farm.
