Pros
Decent Company car and flexible benefits package. Big enough Company to move around departments if you wish to change divisions and get different experience.
Cons
Very poor work/life balance - 10+ hours on the road, plus at least a couple of hours dealing with emails, spreadsheets daily is normal as is working weekends to catch up. Can't service Customers properly, there are so many vacant territories that being responsible for at least two is normal -with no compensation financial or otherwise. I got tired of disappointing Customers because I wasn't physically able to get around everyone that needed attention to issues, let alone carry out service calls. Training for new staff is poor, as is ongoing training for existing staff. Support for staff from HR is poor.
