      co-workers were amazing. They used to help eachother all the time.

      Cons

      The owner of the company has a very strong emotional lack of control. Most people can't work with it for very long.

      Pros

      Working hours were good and some of the staff were lovely

      Cons

      All staff are miserable due to the owner being so controlling. A lot of bitchiness. The owner is afraid to confront his staff himself and gets other people to do it for him. Holds back money on you. Tracks everywhere you go and everything you do. Sacks staff with no reason what so ever. Company is a sinking ship.

      the staff is super nice, they treat me very well and I have a lot of freedom.
