The founders are confused. Exploit their employees by under paying and over burdening them. No growth. No work life balance. No perks. No appreciation. The owners play mind games with you. Manipulate you. Sustainability is just a mask for them to make money. Most importantly, everyday your salary is deducted if you are late even by a few minutes. Would not recommend ANYBODY to come here.
