Pros
I wish it had some pros.
Cons
1. You can get laid within 5 minutes. The worst part they don’t let you go to your desk to collect your stuff, instead they will escort you to the exit and HR will bring your stuff to the gate. This shows the level of belief they have in their employees and on top of that they expect us to believe in their lies and mind games. 2. Pure politics based growth, if you are looking to grow here, you have to just talk and play behind people’s back. You need to just market yourself, be diplomatic. Your work wont matter much here . 3. Appraisal reviews doesn’t matter, you have to be “good working employee” in their eyes, otherwise there is a layoff sword hanging around your neck constantly. 4. It doesn’t matter how many years you have given to this company, at the time of layoff you will be disrespected and feels like you were just on a probation, even after 10 years. 5. If you wish to still join, be ready to bear the mental trauma and stress from lies and back biting from managers and team leads. They will steal your ideas, put their name tags on it and serve it to higher management. 6. You will be constantly reminded to feel grateful that the company hasn’t fired you. 7. No compensation is worth the mental trauma you will get here, although the compensation is below market average. 8. CEO used to regularly watches people who arrives after 9 AM and if you are single minute late, he will personally ask you the reason for that and it will go on your record. Sadly nobody would come to your desk when you will be working even post 9 pm to ask you to go home. 9. No work from home 10. Benefits are below average and are going down hill year by year.
