Pros
Great people and culture at Eckoh, the hybrid working is effective to have everyone in on the same days My management were good and always checking in to make sure workload was managable.
Cons
Awful maternity pay - just government minimum. Also pension contributions is the minimum as well. While it is nice to have benefits like Healthcare that is some help towards day to day life, it is sad that the company does not give any meaningful benefit for these two most vulnerable times of life
