Don't have any pros. It's not all negative but I don't recommend you working there unless you're a wasp
Cons
Never felt welcomed. You're expected to know everything from the start and if you're not on the good side for one influential individual you're out wthout further warning. It's your word against their's so don't even try to get an explanation. You're not gonna get it. The work load is massive for everyone and as a newbie you're expected to be there 24/7 with no extra pay, very little training and at the same time you should know everything and don't ask for help, just figure it out yourself. There's more managers than working people and some are very rude and known for bullying. Sorry guys, but no thanks👎
