Job with lots of variety: I’m involved in staffing, merchandising, operations, customer service, campus partnerships, inventory management, promotions, and event coordination. Positive team energy and strong leadership. Exposure to many sides of retail management almost from the start. Above-average compensation. Solid benefits package, especially the PTO, healthcare coverage, and retirement options.

Cons

The workload may feel heavier during promotional events and seasonal transitions.

Pros

My teammates are nice and supportive, always there for each other when the going gets tough. I like that the workflow is simple and consistent, so it’s easier to get the job done. Managers communicate clearly and don’t second-guess your every decision. There’s a good balance between independent work and coordination. I'm also pleased with the pay and benefits.

Cons

Dealing with multiple customer requests makes some days hard to get through.
