1) Full & Final Settlement Not Provided
It has been 6 months since I left the company, but I still have not received my Full and Final (FNF) settlement. Despite multiple follow‑ups, there has been no action or proper communication. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and integrity.
1) Delayed Salary Payments
They do not pay salaries on time, causing financial stress and uncertainty for employees.
2) Very Poor Management
Management is extremely unorganized and inefficient, which results in frequent workplace issues and lack of proper communication.
3) Disrespectful HR Department
The HR team behaves disrespectfully and is completely management‑oriented. They do not listen to employee concerns.
For example, when I requested one week of work‑from‑home because my father was hospitalized, even though I had sufficient leave balance, they neither approved my leave nor granted WFH. They said it was “short notice” and informed me that my salary would be deducted.
