      Good feedback approach between line manager and employee

      No good system in place for any of the teams, just set some targets to go after. moreover making it money-driven nothing about providing something useful for clients, isn't that what startups are about?

      Pros

      Fully remote, reasonable pay, fast paced culture, lots of opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Because its fully remote, you don't get the 'in office' experience. A lot of opportunities on the table making it rapid with fast changing focus can be overwhelming.
