Pros
I liked my co workers, the environment was mostly positive other than the call center manager at the time. The interaction I had with Deanna (the owner) was always positive and I know how much she cares about her company and the people she serves!
Cons
Call center manager at the time was lazy and did not do anything helpful or positive. I am beyond grateful to hear that she is finally gone and they are restructuring.
