Pros
Overall, the jobs provided are very easy.
Cons
Mom and pop environment with little to no structure, and VERY little professional business knowledge by owners. VERY low pay. I have seen benefits listed, but there were none made available while I was employed though they were advertised on the website and job listing. No work can get done in the office with the owner's kids constantly there and you having to babysit them. They are always trying to start up new businesses based off inklings with little to no knowledge of given industry. I bring this up only because you will end up working on other projects for their non existent businesses that will take away from your other daily tasks. These business concepts hardly come to fruition so your efforts become moot. STRONG political opinions and alternate facts are consistently given and shared throughout the experience I had though I didn't want them, ask about them, engage with them, or agree with them. Did I mention that the pay is WAY BELOW the average not only in the state, but zipcode...
