      Pros

      I always loved working with my students, and loved seeing them excited about learning !

      Cons

      Too much paperwork ... became more about completing paperwork than Teaching the children. I was a lead teacher in the system, and had to complete paperwork that other Teachers either could not, or would not complete ... and sadly it would take me out of the classroom, and my students would suffer the consequences ...

      I’m literally drawing a blank.

      Cons

      Politics. Everybody knows everybody and if you care about teaching and call out administrators who are committing immoral acts (targeting, bullying, making sure your livelihood and status are threatened, they black list you). Only the staff who are willing to play the game get longevity.
