      Pros

      There is a big focus on people wellbeing and happiness. Really good work environment and relationships. All opinions are heard, easy to speak up. Good retribution and many additional benefits.

      Cons

      After a crisis situation during 2023 some of the benefits were lost. A bit disorganized due to the fast growth.
