The mission is great - the cause has a potential to do great in the Indian market that is trying to destigmatize social taboos

But they can;t make it big unless the founders themselves learn to adjust a little and listen to the people they hire. During my tenure 3-4 of their own employees came up to me complaining about the favouritism to certain South Indian employees is a much bigger priority to the founders than the overall growth of the company. Even a single pen in the company doesn't move without the founders giving a sign off and yet there is always a complaint ki why are things not moving. Probably the worst and most immature set of founders I have worked with till date

None. The entire experience was frustrating and misleading.

They asked me to complete two assignments within an hour during my office hours, which were directly related to their live openings—basically free work under the pretense of hiring. Initially assured me salary wouldn’t be a constraint, but later gave a lowball offer (₹4.8 LPA) with no relocation, ESOPs, or benefits. After wasting my time and effort, they ignored follow-ups completely. Shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for candidates.
