Pros
This company worked with me from the day I started until the day I left 7 years later. They truly pushed me to greatness and pulled me out of my comfort zone at a pace that allowed me to learn everything I could every step of the way.
Cons
Individual DM'S have communication issues with their assigned stores (not ALL of them, not even most, but a few). The RM'S are on point though and proved that they truly have an open door policy. Myself nor my staff EVER felt uncomfortable talking with them about questions or concerns.
