Pros

Promotes work-life balance. Can offer flexible scheduling during "off-season"/summer season. Will reimburse 70% of your health insurance plan. HSA & IRAs available. Ma & Pa owned and operated company allows for personable interactions and training.

Cons

Some departments offer organized & structured training programs while other departments lack guidance and rely on a "learn-as-you-go" method. It's a fast-paced moving environment during the winter which can be stressful for some. You need to be comfortable taking initiative and being pro-active to problem solving situations.

Pros

The people at the company are very nice to work with however there is a consistently ancient methodology that creeps into the mix. The saying this is how it was always done comes to mind.

Cons

Company has an idea of where they want to head but lacks a consistent and modern vision of how to get there. Launching yourself into a new product requires a strategy not a shoot from the hip approach.
