      Pros

      In 2004, when I started at Eagle Test Ltd. and it was great Then it incorporated, then it was purchased. Then the Eagle Test division of Teradyne was dissolved and Eagle Test became a mere brand name. Teradyne is the pits.

      Cons

      No innovation allowed. Lots of procedure. Customer-centered to the exclusion of user-centered.

      Pros

      Opportunities to learn. Great management team. Team worked together very well and supported each other in busy times.

      Cons

      Salaries didn't always match market. Bought by Teradyne and restructured, so not the same company any more. Many very talented people and knowledge lost.
