Pros

Eagle Point is the only company I have worked for that pushes its team members to develop personally, professionally, and as a group. Companies always harp on the importance of team and culture, but few truly invest the time, effort, and money to develop to the extent of Eagle Point. From the CEO down, everyone is available and willing to help. Like any career, it is not always “sunshine and rainbows,” but the team support and overall culture make those times manageable. The overall atmosphere is loose and relaxed, yet everyone is on task and focused on the common goal.

Cons

Though relationships are strong among team members, there seem to be unnecessary layers between the Corporate office and other cities of operation. This sometimes causes a breakdown of communication and leads to confusion in execution.

Pros

At EPS teamwork is more than just a word. It is a value; it is a foundation and it is a practice seen every day. EPS demonstrates their commitment to teamwork by ensuring each person that they hire, is the right fit for the position, not just with qualifications but also as a unique individual. Michael, EPS CEO, has handpicked a leadership team that practices an open-door policy. They allow for a good work life balance and support their employees personal and professional growth. EPS offers an outstanding benefits package as well as what I would call a flexible working schedule.

Cons

The process EPS uses to complete payroll require they bank 5 working days of pay to be paid out only upon separation from the company.
