Traffic is an issue given the location. Low employee turnover does leave behind a few bad apples. Insurance is expensive for employee portion but available. Not much room for growth within company depending on position offered.

Salary, Full benefits, Hrs: 8-5 M-F no weekends, laid back atmosphere compared to some businesses. Management and coworkers are easy to work with. Customer base for the most part are friendly and positive experiences occur everyday! After 3 years being here, getting up in the morning is easy and not a chore. I don't dread coming in to work and that means alot. Best job I've had and took me in right after college without needing experience in IT which most IT jobs require.

Cons are few and not really a big deal as no job is perfect. Some things feel dated and eventually one may find themselves stagnating. This is both a con and a pro as this can be seen with almost any job. Eventually you will learn all the ropes no matter what your job is it's just a matter of time and your willingness to learn.
