Micro managed is a bumber because its straight commission. But for me the down fall is that the title buisness is very cyclical and if your the new kid your going to get treated badly. They sell their services to the banks that they work the leads " to death" So when its slow ,managment makes you call 50-100 dead leads every day. They take you off in coming phone duties when its super busy, and then make you call dead leads. This keeps the core group fat and happy and keeps you broke. If you speak Spanish you will have a better chance to stay and succeed.
