Pros
- Flexible schedule in an very fun and interesting industry (health and wellness/fitness). - Leadership is very approachable and for the most part have/had a family like atmosphere.
Cons
Just like many other companies, their business was turned upside down during COVID. Layoffs were bound to happen, but unfortunately the "family like" atmosphere has been stripped away - both from their layoffs, and from their senior leadership change. Bringing in fresh people with ideas is a good thing, though the new people in charge definitely seem to not respect or care about the culture that EXOS cultivated for decades. It happens, but what once was a cohesive company is now pretty fractures. - Trying to position themselves as a direct to consumer fitness entity is very difficult in today's age when the business has been built upon corporate and in person coaching programs. I know why they are trying to do it, but I don't see much success in the future.
