      Pros

      The best part is you get to interact directly to your clients and get the best knowledge of business being in the forefont. The higher management is easily accessible and the work-life balance is great. Working hours are very flexible.

      Cons

      Sometimes good work does't get recognized. More importance is given to the college from where you belong rather than your expertise. Work gets monotonous after a certain period.
