Pros
You work near Times Square, your coworkers will sympathize with your unhappiness, and you can list your experience on your resume.
Cons
The CEO runs his business haphazardly: projects are not completed but stopped, replaced with higher priority projects, then forgotten. He is condescending and egotistical and does not care for others' opinions. Although it is a software company, it seems no sufficient testing is done. Training new hires is not organized or sufficient. Any security is of no concern. All new hires and interns (hired almost exclusively from a Philadelphia University) are promised a rotation program which is only referenced as an excuse for moving an employee when they are of little use in their current department. There are no 'perks' and the turnover rate is astounding. Management has no concern for employees besides their production rate. Most employees are actively looking for employment elsewhere.
