Coming on time and leaving on time is frowned upon, even if one is completing all his/her tasks on time. Some managers are really hard to work with because of their micro-management and bossy attitude. HR is not helpful, escalation of issues is mostly futile. No work from home option Manager waste time in meetings and politics.
