This company is losing its core team members because they lack projects. They are running fake companies like Evc (e.g., Unifyed, Black Belt Help, etc.). There will be no office parties, only long work hours expected (e.g., 12 hours in the office). It's only good for freshers because they often fire seniors after two to three months. It's not safe for females. Your mental health will suffer after joining this company. Every year, your manager will change or be fired, so you won't have consistent support or receive any salary hikes. Many people work from home, so only join after ensuring written WFH is in the offer letter. While they have good initiatives, they are currently degrading. The company uses outdated technology, so you won't gain current industry knowledge.
