Pros

-Good pay -Very casual -Great coworkers -Very supportive work environment, very willing to work to meet your needs.

Cons

These mostly aren't cons, but they are things that you should know before you come to work here. -While there is training, the majority of the training is on the job. You learn about system issues by investigating other issues that have occurred previously. -The Support team is 24/7, which means shifts may start early in the morning, or end late in the evening, or even work overnight. -Office is kind of small for the number of people in it. More bathrooms would be helpful.

Pros

Great culture to work in. The whole organization is very supportive and jumps in when you need help. Every team from sales to support is all in on one goal which makes the job great!

Cons

Lots of changes that could be communicated/trained more clearly
