1.No Proper Management 2.No Increment(If you are good at licking foot of Your TL and Specially PM..You will have a chance of Getting Increment of 2000 to 2500 Rupees Per Year) 3.No Proper Structure for Coding 4.Most of the projects won't get live.It will close suddenly which is having a bad effect for Your CV. 5.Most of the Seniors have no technical knowledge and That's why they dont switch to other Companies.They just stay here in this company for more than 10 Years also. 6.They never hire Senior Developers..They only Hire freshers as they can offer less salary to Freshers compared to Senior Developers. 7.You can not Leave office at 6.30PM ..It's written in Website just to show off.They will make you sit in office till 7.30PM at least even if you complete your task for the day.
