      Pros

      A few colleagues are genuinely helpful and passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      Managers aren’t properly trained and lack the skills needed to lead a team. There’s very little coaching or support, and communication is often unclear or dismissive. Instead of encouraging teamwork and growth, the leadership focuses on micromanaging and blaming others.
