1. Well the biggest problem of company is the management. They have more managers(just to arrange meetings to show they are working) than the developers ( who actually work). And then there are more managers to manage those junior managers.
2. HR is useless and they don't really help if any junior employee has concern about its senior. They basically go along with the senior management ignoring the junior employee's concerns.
3. Marketing team is doing good job of showing the company like they are competitors of Amazon but in short there is not much scope to learn or grow in company in terms of tech skills.
